   I received a call back from Mark of Hear & Now Audio who owns the recording

   and he does not want the re-engineered .MP3 publicly posted for free to
   the band.  He proposed that if the band members threw in a couple of bucks
   each and we sent him that money then he would grant permission to post
   the free .MP3 .  He says also that insufficient CDs were purchased by CSB
   to to cover his costs and time spent.

   I have "Re-Engineered" the CSBs performance Sound performed at Spreckels Amphitheater
   in Golden Gate park which was stereo recorded by Mark of Hear & Now Audio,
       mark@hearandnowaudio.com,  415-596-1741

   I am contacting him to get permission to post the .MP3 version to www.wogwoe.com/Sounds
     'cloud' site for free use by CSB band members.  Please buy his CDs.

   I recall he gave permission for previous years recordings.
