   a list of the new PC's components:

 motherboard: ASUS Z87-WS, overclockable , Win8 and SSD capable
 CPU: Intel i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad Core, overclockable, Intel HD graphics
 DIMM RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 16Gigs 1600Mhz DDR3 XMP 
 CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO w heat pipes and fan.
 PSU: Cooler Master 700W Extreme Power Plus
 HDDs: Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 3Tbyte (3 of these), one older 2Tbyte. 
 4 HDD DOCKING BAYS: Icy Dock MB123 SK-1 (was Kingwin Aluminum Mobile Rack KF-811-BK) 
 OPTICAL DRIVE: ASUS 12X Blu-ray Writer BW-12B1ST
 FRONT PANEL: Startech 4 Port USB3 Panel Hub for 3.5" Bay
 ADAPTOR: Startech DisplayPort v1.2-to-VGA Video Adaptor Cable
 I installed these all within the old midtower ATX Cooler Master Centurion 590 case
    which used to house the ROXXPPRO pc.
